Forget about nefing Thea, Queen Nai is the bigger problem

Queen Nai spammers are swarming silvers, her sigs are really overpowered and no matter how much you're destroying her, if you get hit by a couple you're basically done with her strength being so damn high
Thats my ted talk, yes I like complaining because Im a game developer myself and that is purely bad game design
Ive heard Thea will get a balance patch soon so I look forward to that,
Tezca is pretty damn annoying but tbh he doesnt seem as bad now
But the whole battle boots weapon idea is imo just bad design, also they are basically invisible on the characters unless you see the characteristic walk stance or they are wearing a skin like skyforged or goldforged

well yeah its like that with most legends but some are really prone to getting spammed like f'ing Zariel
Artemis is one of them but I started playing him mainly on scythe and he is really cool with 9 speed
some of the most spammed ones I encountered are obv both battle boots holders Thea and Tezca, Zariel, Queen Nai, Orion, Ada, Xull(which is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ awful if you dont dodge in time since he can rush at you so freaking quickly and it packs a punch), Cassidy, Scarlet
And well its mostly because of their broken sigs, stupid players just think they play well because they can spam the right click button the most and hit these op sigs
Some also get spammed with extremely simple "combos" like Caspian on katars, gauntlets is also just sig spamming, Yumiko and Wu Shand are pretty strong contenders as well

As respectfully as i can say this, you just need to get better. Its not bad game design.
If they just spam sigs, they will be predictable. Punish them.

Yes I do get that no worries, but its just troublesome and really annoying even if I am pretty good, some of the sigs will eventually hit me thats what Im saying and when it spirals down its really hard to get the winning position back, because spammers are not always that predictable, or even if they are mistakes do happen (I am low gold)

Just move better. Nais's sigs are good for zoning ur opponent but once you improve your movement they are done

Yeah I guess so, but the nsig on her katars and dsig on spear have extremely annoying hitboxes
or some of them always do the same ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ spear combo when they just get you up and then nsig and it packs a punch

Well, it does have good damage but it's not true combo.
The thing about Nai is that she is really difficult to approach sometimes, but it's understatable once you get a bit better since she is actually a quite bad character imo

I recently came back to this game and damn it changed a lot. I'm still adapting and it takes effort and patience. I've seen really good Nai spammers lol so I know the struggle. The truth is that you will never stop facing spammers. They are in all elos because they adapt to the counterplay. The thing is that it's a objectively weaker playstyle once you master movement and punishment, so you start winning the 90% matches you play against them. You gotta keep training and improving and you will get there.
