I've been playing games for more than 20 years. Like 80% of people are kinda bad at games. Suspiciously, this game is the only one where 90% of players have inhuman reaction times, perfect dodges, perfect tracking, perfect duo followups, even from gold elo (coming from a diamond player on last season). Any random brawlhalla player could do a no-hit Sekiro run on first try.

Sacarsm aside, there are A LOT of scripts that play for yourself, youtube is full of those, and private discords are plagued. BMG won't do anything because if they ban hackers, it would halve the game population, which means less money.

there are 100x more dev bots than any player bothering with keyboard macros or scripts. not excusing the latter, just saying. That's how they fight it btw and keep interest by outscripting the scripters.

The important question is "What do we real players do against this? I mean, do we have any leverage other than spamming here in the forum and uninstalling every single week when you get completely mad?

The most frustrating thing is that then you see "pro's" and paid youtubers saying wonders of the game without recognizing this is illegal, specially when the game has become a pure cash grabber with new crap every week to buy more stuff and lie to poor children with their parents wallet.

Bro it's more than macro scripts to auto dodge or whatever... they are able to 'end the game' and win in a single punch, a basic punch that does almost no damage and the game ends while you have a full health bar, it says you lost the match even though you are still alive... this is actual HACKS.

I've been playing this game for 6 years, I've been a diamond for a long time.
I understand that there are people much better than me, but not in all games, it is impossible. And the majority are people without rank.
The game is worse than ever regarding bots/macros.
I remember that a few years ago I could go through at least 5 games without losing a game, but now you enter and a random gives you a 0 to death in perfect time and without missing an attack. I miss attacks, but my enemies don't, they also dodge things that are impossible to dodge.
They do everything too perfect to believe.
In 2v2 it's more of the same, everyone makes perfect team combos without leaving you a chance to even respawn.

I don't forget the Twitter scandal when a professional admitted using a program that gives him an advantage in the game during the pandemic.

As I understand it, they let them use that crap even in tournaments to give more show.

When I reached diamond I made an inhuman effort against the overwhelming amount of bots and macros. When I managed to reach diamond I didn't feel anything good, only anger and disappointment towards the game and its community.

When I reported these behaviors a long time ago, the community laughed and said that cheating did not exist in the game.

Nowadays it is something that has been confirmed but it took so long for them to understand it. . . Just watch a YouTube video.

You don't understand much about the game as I see.
That there is no window to evade anything.
Each combo has a window to evade.

Combos are impossible to avoid nowadays.

Additionally, true combos cannot be evaded, unless you fail to make it a true combo.
But all enemies can always evade them as if they were any normal attack.

If this is your explanation its kinda hard to belive you have been playing for 6+ years, i have been playing since beta and never once found anyone that made me think he/she was cheating, some people have thousands and thousands of games played they will surely make a new player think they are cheating because of how good they play, and also there have been changes to dodges if you keep up with the patch notes.

But i'm not saying there are no scripts for this game but i'v never encountered a player using cheats against me in all of my thousands of matches played.
