End Screen of Death

I played a bit of ranked, and then lost, but then I was unable to leave the end screen, pressing both the keys and the buttons with the mouse did nothing, and it was certainly not wednesday in the morning, where such stuff is normal, for 5 seconds.

Is it possible for another player in the room to block you from leaving the room? (I'm talking about hacks)
