This is the weirdest bug/glitch I've heard so far.
You know? " Use a controller" isn't really a solution for a game that was primarily designed to be played on keyboard right? I know what you try to say but if the solution for any gameplay problem was to use a controller then they should simply take away keyboard controls.
(The devs are trying to make both keyboard and controllers be as responsive as possible as to not have advantage over each other, and so far I've felt a good job on that part)
My guess is your problem has to do with the key matrix[pcbheaven.com] on your keyboard and something called "ghosting[www.microsoft.com]". There is apparently a way to improve this with anti-ghosting[www.razersupport.com] if you have a PS/2 port. You could also try re-mapping your keys to find a combination where ghosting isn't a problem.
