Is it possible to play custom online with 2 people at 1 PC?

I know I can for online play, but me and my brother + 2 friends online are trying to play (me and my brother off my PC naturally) and we cannot figure out how to add players from one PC

You need an additional controller(xbox controller for example) for sure. Only one player can play on the keyboard. When the controller is plugged in you should be able to press a button and then be able to choose a character. Did you try with at least one controller besides the keyboard?

We have 2 controllers we are trying to use. Using the keyboard controls just controls the one person, theres no option to add another user

Mmh, I assume your controller works and is in the supported controller list? Sry cant help you then. Only tried with one controller+keyboard in local until now. You have to wait for another answer^^

I seem to be able to do it just fine with my keyboard and 360 pad.

At this time you can play 2 people locally for online matchmaking and up to 4 for local offline, but right now only 1 person per computer is supported for custom online games. That support is coming eventually.

Yes
1. Go online (The mode in the middle in the menu)
2. Have player 1 join like you normally do.
3. Have player 2 join like you normally do.
There is only a 2 player limit.
