How do I throw items on keyboard?

Dude look at the instructions or whatever. Go to options and go to controls and on controls go keyboard.

"H" button for example, but there are other ways too. Yes, check the controls in-game.

I know what to pres, but I cant change directions mutch. I can only throw left, right, and down... I cant throw up.

I can throw up. On the keyboard it is just a little harder because you will also jump at that moment. On the controller you can even throw up while standing on the ground.

Hold your throw key then hold up then release throw key. It's a little fiddly but it works.
