Negative mammoth coins, all skins and weapon skins missing

Okay so I bought the all legends pack(current and future) on my Ps5 a year or two ago, and I’ve also bought mammoth coins for skins a few times, but now my brother who traveled back home to Nigeria took the ps5 so I decided I’d use our ps4 until he returns, but when I got on brawl I all my legends were missing, even Bödvar. I can only use legends that appear in the free rotation. I also have -11,260 mammoth coins and I never made any refunds. I have contacted support and got reply.
