is there a way to disable item pickup on light attack?

i use unarmed combat a lot in this game and i always end up picking up those spike ball throwables, it's fustrating and i cant really customise the controls the way i want/need to since the rebind option basicially consists or changing the location of buttons instead of changing the actions the buttons carry out. so is there a way to remove the option to pick up items with the light attack key?

If you go into the options menu and open the controls tab, at the bottom of the window that pops up there is the option to remove it from light attack and only use the throw button.

Is there an option to do this on mobile, because I can find it on pc but not on mobile?
