redeem code used yet no items
i used a redeem code i got from my lootcrate and i have not gotten my stuff

1) Check in game
2) Look at gnash and change his skin/costume.
If you see some kind of wolf then you're good.
The code doesn't list you anything in the DLC Tab, so it's normal to not see anything there.

o ok
the pack or whatever it is is called white fang but i have wolf pelt as the skin
and the weapons are differently named

If you have the wolf and the weapon skin then this is okay. You don't need to redeem in the shop any code (besides the metadev skin that you could get from events).
