Random emote...

Hello there ! Here's my problem : when I use my controller (PS3 controller), sometimes, when I try to dodge, my hero just do the emote "Woohoo" (where he raises his arms)... I can't stop it, he does it entirely and the ennemy just has to hit me with the heavy of his choice full charged. That's really annoying, I've lost many games because of that and i just lost my last game for platinum now :'(

Does anyone has the same bug as me, and know how to fix it ? It would be really helpful ! I know nothing more frustrating to see, in an epic fight, my hero just stop and wait for the death...

Are you sure you aren't just hitting the right stick on accident?

Yes I'm sure ! I did some tests and it appears that the emote triggers when i try to dodge when the dodge is in cooldown and that i am on the ground. Still no solution...

Did this ever get fixed? I'm running into this on a Hitbox controller. When Dodge is on cooldown the emote comes out.

Hi. I used DS3 controller at the time to simulate my PS3 controller as a Xbox controller. The problem was that my L2/R2 button (I don't remember) was both assigned to "R2/L2" (as expected), but also to "Z+/Z-" (which is the button to emote in Brawlhalla). So when I could dodge, no problem, it was R2/L2. When it couldn't and I was on the ground, it was the emote.

So check your configuration carefully, if you have the problem as me your button might be assigned to two different things :)

I've been having the same problem. Happens if I try and dodge during cooldowns. I tried emailing support a while ago but got no response. I will try emailing this version of the email though.

I wish this was true in my case but it's not.
