Unarmed Combat is amazing!

One of the best aspects of Brawlhalla is how viable unarmed. It combos almost as well as the katas do and deal out a respectable amount of damage. All week I have been playing an unarmed Teros, only using weapons for the throw stun and a mixup game if my unarmed is becoming readable, and I am having a blast. It's a bit of a mind game since most players will assume I'll play mid-range with the hammer and none of the strats in their current mindset will work well against an aggressive unarmed player. My favorite combo is to correctly read an attack with a long recovery and dodge through it into an Up+Heavy. This is practically an instant kill at red health, comes out quick, and is pretty safe if they get the chance to dodge it.

Yeah, unarmed is super fun. Here's a tip, though, side light in air will KO quicker than recovery :).

I cant count how many I ko'd with the air light. It works amazing and faster than using a weapon

I'm mostly just playing for fun but we will see if I ever get there. I'm currently around 1550-ish and have been stuck here for a week or so.

unarmed combat is the main reason i want to see a punching oriented weapon like brass knuckles or boxing gloves. It would be cool to see a character with an alternate hand to hand skillset as a weapon.
