''Please Enable Steam Overlay'' Issue

So i have a issue about Steam Overlay on Brawlhalla. Steam Overlay was working on Brawlhalla before but recently it won't working anymore for me. I did everything like resetting ''Enable Steam Overlay'' setting on settings but it won't work. So basically the issue is whenever i want to make a purchase it asks me to ''Enable Steam Overlay'' and when i try to open steam overlay with Shift+Tab it won't work but on the other games its working fine. I don't have a clue how to fix this issue, problem or bug i don't know. And when i searched its not only me. If someone knows how to fix this, can you please help a little? Thanks. And yes, i uninstalled and reinstallled too.

I have the same problem. used to work now it doesnt the past couple months, so i have been buying the $8.99 dlc packs for mammoth coins but now the only one available is the $100 one but i cant afford that
