Brynn - Do I just suck with her or...

I've been maining Brynn for a a few weeks, straight and I can't deny that I love her stats, and her dex with the axe. Amazing really...

But then I started playing ranked. Can't deny getting to gold was a bit of a breeze, but man. The difference between gold and silver players are immense! I've gotten past the stage of learning how to master axe/spears and general, but I simply can't rely on their base attacks (throwing and ground pounding are key factors).

So then there're the signatures. I'm not sure if I'm just terrible using Brynn's sig's or not, but they're just awful IMO. Their hitbox simply just doesn't fit signature effects. Half (or maybe all of them) of her sigs have this awful delay for a work of mediocrity (pushing aside the normal signature spear). It just contrasts far too much with her speed and dexterity, and the range is poor.

Who knows, maybe I'm jumping the gun here by saying this. Maybe my timing simply sucks. I just don't see enough Brynn users to actually grasp her 'full' potential.

I played against an amazing Brynn in high plat and I agree that the sigs are pretty useless on her. To be more precise the axe is so good there is just no reason to use the spear. At all.

I didn't know it was possible to be bad with brynn. So, I'm gonna say, you're probably doing fine.

Brynn just isnt a good enough character for high leveled ranked games. Especially 2v2.

Brynn is a pretty top tier character, you just need to practice your light attacks a bit more, try to edgeguard and gimp to the bottom and top of the stage with axe. Add me if you want, I'm a pretty good Brynn, got her to level 20 I think but I play her to about a high plat level. (I'm a Hattori main).

Good one? Brynn is like number 1 2v2 character IMO. But I barely play 2v2 I guess.

her spear is ♥♥♥♥, her spear specials are also ♥♥♥♥. however, her axe is the best thing, but her special moves for the axe are also predictable slow ♥♥♥♥. try teros.

Sigs arent something you wanna spam out. Brynn's signatures, with the exception of spear dsig and axe nsif, are almost only used for punishes and hard reads. Her dex/movespeed and axe /spear light attacks, however, are AMAZING together!
