The devs are using fake AI opponents

This will become big when someone proves it, and others have already found this out besides me. The devs are quietly using their bot AI to lower queue times. They make it impossible for you to realize you're fighting one.

Check offline play, fight against a chosen, extreme, or even pushover bot. They are programmed to have names (in the loading screen), emote, use taunts, and make human twitches (dashing back and forth and such). You will pick up on their general playstyle and notice it about 40-50% of the time in ranked/casual online play.

When noticed, you can look up their names on steam player search, or epic games, and find out that there is no profile, because they never existed. I'm aware Brawlhalla isn't a PC specific game.

The only way to truly know someone is actually human is when they start trolling and moving in erratic, self-destructive, and roleplay-y ways that bots cannot yet replicate.

Brawlhalla devs have been known for some shady stuff in the past, so this does not come as a surprise. You're welcome to nitpick this and try to disagree and call me a schizo, but you can find other people stating the same thing I am.

The bots are obvious.
But with the people choosing Loki spamming sigs in FFA is kinda weird.
They keep doing the same thing but they do have targets. If you mess with them, they'll hold grudges and aim for you later, or just troll you xDD.
Can't understand the mentality of beginners using Loki. Are there many youtube tutorials saying Loki is best for beginners or something.

There can be bots any time a player leaves the match the bot takes over. Therefore logically its not out of the realm that it could have bots in other ways.

I have thought for a long time that FFA must get bots more than people realize we already know if a que is taking to long the match making will put bots that is obvious. But it could be some more stylized players that are made to look like real players as well, and when playing sometimes the play is so erratic and some players will do the weirdest unhinged play.

Like example you do a basic side light in mid stage and they somehow end up off stage and down in the taint like wtf. Sometimes stuff like that can happen from lag but its not the case everytime it happens.

i have also seen some plat and Diamond frames not playing at that skill level at all so it makes you wonder what is happening there, they either cheated those frames or its their little brother playing the account or its bots.

I literally beat some suss frames into submission and they quit match almost enough to say wtf is the problem there because that should not happen on a plat frame. Diamond can because many ppl can make Diamond and not be that good.

But the Loki spammers (talking about mindlessly spamming sigs without even knowing how to press dodge) are quite weird.
I can't explain that. They act like bots but if you tease them they'll hold grudge and throw emoji and stuff after killing you xDD.
They also aim for you after you tease them. But when you search for their steam account names or brawlhalla ranks both won't appear.

actually some bots will emote after you die since some time, tbh its a bit annoying sometimes if game doesnt display bot name, i guess it'd be nice if they made that bots use emotes that normal players cant have

also btw it's possible to have different name while playing than on steam, no need to put curses or slurs, but it's a bit tedious

Yea I think those must be younger players like kids or teenagers playing casually on other platforms like consoles or phones/tablets...
