Need help! No audio with new earphones! (SOLVED)

So, I just bought a new earphones, it works fine. However, when I hop in to brawlhalla, the game is just pure silence. It has no music, no sound effects, and no voices. This only occur when I use my new earphones, but when I use my earbuds, or the speaker of my pc, it works fine (game has audio). I would really appreciate it if someone can help me find a fix to this.

Problem solved. I just disabled SteelseriesGG on task manager (startup), then I restart my pc, and it solved my problem.

Yep, it happens when a software or hardware interfere with choosing which kind of devices (drivers) to go with which application...
In your case it's an audio software.
