The thing is that they removed EAC by now. If they gonna fix this problem with EAC or if they will make their own Anti Cheat, we will see.
You can actually switch from 64bits to 32bits which can possibly eliminate problems that people facing.
Go to Steam
Open Library
Find Brawlhalla and click on brawlhalla with right button
Now open properties
Then just go to Beta versions and select 32bit-windows 32bit Brawlhalla for older computers wait for download and run the game.
This eliminated all my problems even when EAC was active.
Even if your PC is good, the BH was badly optimized for 64bit at least it seems like it was this case.
So yeah, I hope it will help.
For me its working great. No fps drops, no crashes, no lags. Running smoothly and normally like before.
