How does Brawlhalla ranked work?

So Brawlhalla ranked works like this: At the start of every season, you have to play 10 placement matches to get your rank. If you performed bad then you will get a bad rank, if you performed good then you will get a good rank, you get the idea. After the placement matches you will get an elo from 200 to 2000+.
The ranks are like this:
- Tin: 200 - 909 elo;
- Bronze: 910 - 1129 elo;
- Silver: 1130 - 1389 elo;
- Gold: 1390 - 1679 elo;
- Platinum: 1680 - 1999 elo;
- Diamond: 2000+ elo;
- Valhallan: Be top in your region, have 100+ wins and be in Diamond.
