How do I shut off Replays?
Title says it all. I simply don't want them recording. I have zero use for them, and don't want them. How do I shut this feature off?

why do you care?

Because it's making recordings I don't want it to. Because it's cluttering my hard drive with (admittedly small) videos I have no use for. because it didn't ask for PERMISSION before doing it. That enough, or do you need a few more reasons?

Just go to Program Files (x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/Brawlhalla/Brawlhalla Replays and delete all of them

they're not videos, they are command inputs for the game, so it recreates the game with those inputs. That's why after a patch they are useless

There is no way currently to disable them. They are not actually videos though and take up very little space. You should watch them though. Especially the games you lost. It can let you see what you did wrong and help you improve.

I wish there was an option to switch between automatic and manual replays.

Searching through loads of pages of replays for that specific one is such a pain...

It would be great to have a button that shows up after a match that says "save replay"

Now this would be so welcomed

I play the game for a bit of fun, and I find replays do little to nothing for my ability to pick up fighting games. That said, thank you. I was digging through all sorts of menus to shut them off, and I really would prefer an option to chose if I wanted to or not.

Actually... I think there was a way to deny access to /BrawlhallaReplays (or whatever the folder is called) for the game so it fails to save replays because of lack of permission.

just click the file folder icon and select everything you want deleted in the folder opened, they can be taken from the recycle bin if it has to be.

Making the Folder read only should do the trick
