Is this game region locked in South Korea?

Hello!

I'm American, but currently living in South Korea. I just started playing Brawlhalla, but I can't connect to the server. I just installed it on my work computer, and found the same problem. Can't connect from here either. This leads me to believe the game is blocked here or this region is blocked.

Any insight would be helpful, thanks.
