Or is it like a price pool, where you can win more than somebody else?
Edit: Accuracy of statement
I see. Well, it'd make more sense betting on tournementgames. But I don't think any bad of the idea making this in casual custom games either!
I hope this will catch some attention!
Def.
Submit a wager fee of gold / MC to get in, and if you win you get double your entry fee.
3 types of wager matches.
1,000 Gold Entry - Upon winning will grant 200 gold, loss will take away 100 gold.
5,000 Gold Entry - Upon winning will grant 10,000 gold, loss will take away 5000 gold.
10,000 Gold Entry - Upon winning will grant 25,000 gold, loss will take away 10,000 gold.
Litterally a copy and pasta from BO1 but it makes gold grind less tedious.
Yea, that would be a good thing adding this into brawlhalla. but its like to NEED to bet, there must be a way where you can just really decide if you want to bet now or nah.
It seems like ' everyone bets, you have to bet to ' so, how can you provide this?
Its a dangerous thing, many people would get seriously tilted or toxic, if they lose.
Besides this community is already at max toxicity, what's the harm?
If you enter a wager match knowing there is a possibillity of loss, your salt isn't justified.
Coming from a salty af mofo ^
I still like the GTA Online betting style better, but yeah. I can just imagine the number of people complaining in the forums about their bad gambling habits tho.
I am just saying, that the harm is, that our game Brawlhalla would shine in a very bad light. And all we want is that this game grow huge, isn't it?
1. P1 bets 1000 on a player. Nobody else makes a bet. Game says betting is canceled.
2. P1 bets 1000 on a player. P2 bets 5000 on a different player. P2 wins the bet, and gains a net total of 1000.
3. P1 bets 1000 on a player. P2 bets 5000 on the same player. Game says betting is canceled.
4. P1 bets 1000 on a player. P2 bets 5000 on the same player. P3 bets 3000 on a different player. P1 and P2 win the bet and gain a net total of 1500 each.
There would be a problem in this betting system.. like why would I bet 5000, when someone bet 1000? I guess you understand what i mean.
he chance of loosing and winning must be the same, but why should i bet more ?
Each wager match is divided into seperate categories.
If you enter the 1,000 gold entry fee wager, EVERYONE you are against is in the same pool, same for 5 and 10 thousand. No crossovers occur between wager matches, such as a 10,000 gold bet against a 1,000 gold bet is impossible to happen.
To put it simply: They are all in their own section, unable to cross over.
