Is it worth getting Ragnir?

I just saw this new characther Ragnir is he worth getting? His stats look a bit a tiny bit not good.
And i almost got the coins for him.

I like his katars better than other legend's katars. His axe is okay. Get him if you really like katars.

His stats are actually really good. He's the only tanky + high dex legend there is as far as I can remember. 6 dex katars are super fun, and his katar sigs are beastly. His axe isn't bad either. Keep in mind that his price will drop either this wednesday or the one after, by about 2000 gold, so if you are tight on money and looking at other characters to buy as well, maybe pass him up till later.
