Serioulsy, what is the definition of spam in this game?

Ok, I don't play very often, nor I am that good as it seems that I can't get to gold no matter how hard I try, but in my few games I met a lot of people with very different definition of what a spammer is...
lots of sword player will tell you that a relentless rocketlance user is a spammer, on the contrary if you are really agressive with a sword many people will call you spam.
Someone will tell that you spam if you continue to throw weapon around to pick up new ones weapon starving a player.
Personally for me a spammer is someone who finds a cheap move like most of the sigs, spear groundpound, sidelight sword and most of the rocketlance moves and uses repeatedly those moves over and over even after you figure out how to counter them...
So, my question is this one... can we, as a community, decide what is defined into spam?

Spammers are basically players who think the only key to win is spamming sigs (heavy attacks)

And then there is me, called a spammer in 80% of my matches because I'm good with the the lance, or so I like to think. I use the lance a lot, starting combos at every occasion but I use all the moves in my arsenal. I don't use the sigs as often as I used to in gold but I still get called a 'noob' and a 'spammer' by some salty asses. And whenever that happens I laugh on the inside because they are admitting to being beaten by a 'spamming noob'.

Spam isn't OP, spam isn't effective (in plat and above), spam is not a valid insult, spam can be dodged, countered anfdpunished, spam in itself is not a problem, it's the people who call out about it are the actual problem. If someone is using a move over and over again, that is spam. If someone is using a variety of attacks and adapting, that is not spam. If someone says that having an aggressive playstyle/using one weapon more than the other/using lots of light attacks is spam that means they aren't mature enough to care about. Hope that clears things up.

As I tend to play Scarlet sometimes, it's fun to see how most of the people who call me a spammer are when i play as her. I feel you.

As one of the 8 elite vraxx mains in this game I can attack quite fast because of the high dex. There are usually 3 possible outcomes to the match:

1: I LOSE: noob spammer learn to play ♥♥♥
2: I WIN: noob spammer stop spamming u ♥♥♥♥♥♥
3: One of us GGs and leaves asap

Very rarely do I meet a social human being. Someone please tell me if it happens less often in diamond because it's one of the reasons I'm trying to get there

Thankfully I haven't encountered many of those yet. What is a good thing to say to someone who calls you a spammer? Anyone has a good comeback? I know they are stupid when they say that but god they're annoying af.

But what about those who don't leave? If I win I would usually say something along the lines of "and you fell for it" (but that would make me look like an actual spammer). Or I can just do what they do and have a message ready to paste saying "Congrats, you just admitted you lost to a button mashing noob. You are literally insulting yourself." But when I lose, there isn't really anything to do. I don't want to leave because they will never learn anything that way. I can't believe people don't understand what spam actually is. They just call everything spam to 'justify' their loss somehow or to 'insult' their opponent which is not only pathetic but also just plain stupid. By now the word spam lost its meaning and it's the brawlhalla equivalent of 'cyk@ bly@t'.

what u could do would be to ask for tips 2 outcomes possible
the kind one gives u tips and might friend u (has happened to me)
the bad one says nothing and leaves or continues to insult u(has also happened to me)
also i agree about people who lose calling people spammers i got insulted for using orion(my fav) replication of the conversation:

- Me: gg
- Opponent: wow spammer
- Opponent: you have nothing better to do?
I began typing a message. It was gonna say something along the lines of how he could improve his game play.
- Opponent: people like you are corrupting ranked
- Opponent: honestly just ♥♥♥
Opponent (VAL) has left the chat.

They just leave before you can finish typing anything. I did use sigs a lot but only because he was so predictable, and I was able to punish so easily. He thought I was gonna lash back, and his instincts told him to back away.
