brawlhalla refund of mammoth coins

I've contacted brawlhalla through this email: [e-mail] for a refund on mammoth coins bought by accident. Can someone confirm this is the right email and tell me how long it should take before I receive a response/refund? Thanks

I'm curious about this as well. There is a fair bit of confirmations you have to go through before adding funds to your wallet and making a purchase in brawlhalla.

I don't know how it works these days, but in the past it was pretty common to be double charged for things such as currency.

Usually happens with a faulty connection.
I am not talking about brawlhalla, last time it happened to me was 10+ years ago?

i was looking at the packs of mammoth coins since i was going to purchase in game content and was calculating what would be the most advantageous for me, which wouldve been to buy the founders pack and ended up pressing wrong buttons and purchasing the pack of mammoth coins rather then buying the founders pack which was my intention.

can you even buy mammoth coins from steam page or founders from brawlhalla store?

no ofcourse the founders pack is in steam store, and coins in-game, but you're missing the point i didn't wanna buy the coins, I bought them by accident by pressing the wrong butons, again by accident, so do you have an answer to my questuion or not? If not don't bother to respond to this thread.

Have you heard back from BMG? Being considerate and polite goes a long way.

Honestly your best bet at this point would be requesting a refund via steam and explaining your case.
Don't spend the coins and keep screenshots as proof.

From what I understand support in brawlhalla isn't super responsive. No promises on either end though as steam tends to be rather conservative with refunds.

Worst case you can file a dispute with your bank, though that may lock your steam account but if you literally need the food to eat it's an option.

I wonder if communication between devs and community even exists at all...
