I do know how powerful these options are but I am just so dumb.
I even do some training session when I try to only use those but my muscle memory just never happen on that.
But at least I blame myself for it.

Naw, I doubt you're dumb. The human brain is very lazy about things not having immediate gratification. You have to work a little bit to get the tech committed to muscle memory, but I believe 100% that you can do it.
I dash dodged through a couple bombs yesterday I'm sure.
I litteraly stunned a guy because I dash dodged through a mine. He called me a hacker.

It is easy af. There'd be a lot less waah-waah-ing about dash if more players realized that they have these options in the first place.
