I can't get out of 1100-1250 ELO, ¿Any tips?

So basically im in a vicious circle where i win and then i get defeated, some times the reason i get defeated it's because a garbage spammer that knows a good combo, and when i get the combo applied i don't know how to get rid of it, also the pressure some times kicks in because of when i have 1 life left, i don't know if it's important.

Help is appreciated .

Just to clarify : I installed the game years ago but deleted it because i had slow internet and now i reinstalled it now that i have a better internet.

Improve your movement, pick a legend you like and learn as much as you can about it. Lear the true combos and start practicing some strings
