TL;DR : I start shaking when I'm nervous. Anyone else?

I'm no player worth mentioning(Mid Silver), but I get really nervous when playing close games. On ranked, I'm on my way to a comeback and I stop thinking. Nothing new. But I played a game with a player fully decked out with aesthetics, and I convinced myself they're a Top 50 and streaming. Stock is 1-1 both red and I start shaking. Random moves, hands sweaty, the whole mess of mom's spaghetti. Does this happen to anyone else? Am I alone?

It happens to me as well, but I have a way to cope with all my frustration that's coming out because of it: (taken from another thread)

I personally can't control my anger in competitive games, so I might as well use it to my benefit. I've turned so many 3 - 1 matches around in my favour because of that. You can do that too. All that spamming you've said you're doing can be used as a tool to your advantage as well, if you're able to do it efficiently and effectively.

I've learned to harness all my negative energy & emotions and turned them into my strength. It's the same for me no matter what competitive games I'm playing.

i pee my pants everytime i have alot of loot and see someone in the distance in Rust, ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, why cant they understand the basic concept of friendlies!? some douche shot me AND I HAD A TOMMY GUN!! that was my first one, i cried when i respawned back to my base, i cried even more realizing that my freakin' roof was fallign apart and someone tried to breach in. *sighs*
