How to Grounded Dlight into Nair on Gauntlets?

I've tried in trainig room for two days and i cant get it true consistently, i sometimes get lucky to even pull it off.
I can Dlight Dair, and GC Dlight Nair.
Is there any similarity between them?

from the video it seems like doind dlight dair, but you make nair, but it never works for me.
i dont get it, i give up, i'll just use Fait, Volkov and Jiro.
