So I just redeem the Code on the official twitch prime site, and it gived me a code, where do i redeem this code in the game?

go to the shop area in game and at the bottom you can find a code redeem underneath the ranked shop

i did that but the button with redeem is dark, i cant use it, why?

It looks like the game can't connect to Brawlhalla servers at the moment. :( Hope it's maintenance.
