Unarmed, the worst weapon?

If you've ever actually played this game, you should know what unarmed is. It's in the name, unarmed, you're not armed with a lance powered by rocket or a hammer to smack people. It's bare fists, directly into the face of the enemy. It has short range, sure, but has some nice combo potential and damage.
So what are your favorite combos with it. I've started practicing a bit, and it's really great, as it's good for every characers.
I like combo's such as Dlight > sair > nair or Dlight > recovery > dair.
Overall, unarmed is quite underrated, and something everyone should put work into. Got a weapon you don't like? Throw it, and beat your opponent with your fists.

It's great, but I'd rather use an actual weapons because I'm not that good at approaching my enemies with bare hands.

i would say axe is the worst weapon imo, faster than hammer but less dmg than hammer (did i mention that it barely has combos?)

Technically Unarmed isn't the best or worst weapon. For it to fall under one of those categories, it has to fall under the category of actually being a weapon.
