EDIT: Also, it says that chain dodges are done from chase dodges, which wasn't the case with the people I was against - they literally started the match by chain dodging up to me and attacking immediately.
EDIT #2: I suppose it could have just been one person, though, as I tend to get the same people repeatedly in a row....

You can start a chain dodge from either a speed dodge or chase dodge and it takes only a fraction of a second to reach the speed necessary to be eligible for a speed dodge.
Looks like something new to practice, now.
