best hammer legend in your opinion?

Hammer has always been my least played weapon by far. I dont have a single hammer legend higher than like level 3 but suddenly I've been really wanting to play hammer and was just wondering whats the best hammer legend in peoples opinions

naw, I gotta strongly disagree with that. his hammer sigs are really good, yes, but his orb sigs are far too situational. his ssig and dsig are so easy to punish, and his nsig can easily put you in a disadvantage stage if you're not smart with it. compare that to other legends like mordex or petra, who have sigs that are much more well rounded and versatile. thor isn't bad, but he's definitely not above high tier, if that.

His Orb Nsig combined with orb gp allows for some crazy airtime, plus Orb is a top tier weapon and hammer a complimentary secondary killing weapon to that

the orb nsig and gp combo for crazy airtime is only realistically useful when recovering, and orb might be really strong right now but hammer definitely isn't, as it's just too slow to be higher than mid tier at least imo. plus, not counting nsig's situational recovery potential, thor's orb sigs are just slow in general, and if you whiff them you're completely screwed. compare that to other characters like petra, who have faster AND less situational sigs in general. thor isn't a bad character, but he's definitely not any better than high tier.
