So i just find a fix go to your nvidia control panel and selet your brawlhalla and on your vsync to adaptive or on. Basically the prblem is that brawlhalla is giving more fps then expected which causes your screen to tear. it not be as smooth but it is much more playable

another fix is going to that control panel, heading to 3d setting and choosing brawlhalla from the drop down. Set power management* to maximum performance.

On that note, do you know what refresh rate your monitor is set at? Running it at 30, or 144 hz will definitely cause frameskips in brawl.

*I wasn't sure if your post reflected this, or High performance via battery settings

V-sync definitely got my game smoother. Running at 60-61fps. But for some reason the display still stutters :(
