Problems that I personally have with Fait

Hi,

Now most of you are probably thinking that i'm writing this because I got bodied by a Fait. Well, in some ways your right. Well overall the game right now I believe could do with fixing. Again, I am stating MY opinion and if you would like to have a conversation about how wrong I am go ahead.

Problems with the game:

-From what i've noticed high dex characters are more top tier than ones with balanced stats.

-Graphics do not display the hitboxes well.

-In ranked, I think it is annoying vs a person who has 100 more points than you.

-Orb seems almost too versatile.

-Scythe strings are just kinda bleh to play against.

-Lagging out then dying for no reason.


Problems with Fait:

-Her orb side sig is as big as Orion's rocket lance side sig. My main problem with this is that, when coming back into the game , the orb seemed lightweight and combo based lke the scythe.
Personally, I find this to be too usefull it almost makes Orion's lance obsolite.

-Her d-sig on her scythe. She can teleport... wtf. It is quite quick and is hard to do with especially with lag.

-Most of her sigs come out very quickly. Not really an issue just really annoying.

In conclusion, Fait's pretty annoying. And the games seem very combo based and that's not necessarily bad but, I also didn't come here to play smash 64. On the other hand it is impossible to perfectly balance the game. But BMG is trying their hardest and that's the best we could ask for.

Answer to game-related problems:

- this is not true, in fact I'd say it's the other way around. Low dex characters always get super OP sigs. Mordex and fait both have 4 dex and they're on the top right now

- yes, the hitboxes and hurtvoxes definitely need improvements, they are working on it

- I'm actually happy whenever I play against soneone with more elo than me. They are good opponents, when I lose I barely lose any elo and when I win, I gain a lot elo

- Maybe, can't tell

- this has less to do with the weapon and more to do with the player. Scythe is a read heavy weapon, you have to predict how your opponent mobes and react to that, since all the strings are easily dodgeable. Many low level scythe players don't get thid and just spam one string over and over and over again. I agree, it's annoying, but the weapon itself is amazingly designed. Also, you can easily dodge string spammers.

- I heard a lot of players conplaining about that so I guess there must be more to it. I don't have this issue because I don't play with McDonalds wifi but I use a lan cable. Tl.dr use a lan cable


Answer to fait-related problems:

All of them are true and she's annoying. It's like BMG said "hey, all top tier legends are old legends, let's change that and make a legend with top tier weapons and unreactable sigs. Oh yeah" *twists nipples*
Edit: changed my opinion on fait after playing with her, I like her now. Cool design too

Uhh, but Fait's orb ssig has low damage and little to no force... It's meant to be a utility sig I presume.

Game-related:

-#UlgrimMasterRace, he's a legend with very bad DEX.
-As Finnfinity said, they are working on it.
-You will never learn how to play with a person that's better than you if you keep getting pleople that are on the same level and/or pleople who are worst than u.
-Not really, it doesn't has much true combos used by pleople adn the most used string is DLight>Nair>Recovery
-Deal with it.
-Problem with the server or your internet, again, deal with it.

Fait-related:

-I find her sigs very easy to dodge.
-Koji and Yumiko does the same.
-Hattori.

Again, i find Fait very easy to dodge, if you know where the sigs go.

True but matchmaking is alot better now, I hardly ever get anyone 100 points higher then me, speaking from experince.

True...but it barely has any good strings and low damage (correct me if I'm wrong)

go check pinned threads on your wi-fi perosnally I had these issues alot until I switched my old router for a new one that costed around $200 USD and I never EVER got problems with wi-fi again. and it's been like two months now.

True, ngl it's kinda mindblowing you'd think someone with high speed and high dex would have more realisitc smaller signatures like Koji and Artemis

I mean Koji can teleport, if you are complaining now well, I just think you are just saying this because of lag and because the fact that Scythe got another legend
