Sidra has really nutty sigs theres really no competition. Sidra has good stats and absolutely fantastic sigs. Id put her cannon nsig up there as one of the best sigs in the game since the active frames actually extend beyond the recovery making it nigh on impossible to punish if used correctly. The runner up would prolly be lin fei but she just has weird stats which make her not very good. Granted she has the bonus of dlight nsig being a true combo and katar strings being extra tight its just not worth the sacrificing both attack and defense.
