How to counter sig spam?

I'm quite new at the game and some sigs's recovery frames are so low i cant punish in time
(Hattori is hell)
any way i can improve? or just put more time into the game

Throw your weapon at them, occasionally.

Usually Spammer Will walk/dash aimlessly to find a spot where they can spam (usually on the edge or the center of the map) and then stop for a moment to sig (and usually used to bait You) Their movement is obvious sometimes so You can counter it from reading those. and throw weapons, no sig can counter weapon throw.
