what is the yellow / red thing?
sometimes i see players with a red or yellow thing at the top of their border what is that and how do i get it?

Those are nameplates exclusive to the Valhalla Pack and Collector's Pack DLCs.
Yellow is the Founder's nameplate. Red is the Collector's nameplate.
