Beta Icon Question

Does anyone know what the member number cut off is for the Beta Icon?

I'm starting to run into a lot of Beta's which is weird because I've been playing for years and never saw this many before.

The Beta avatar was given to anyone who played in the Closed Beta, the game went into Open Beta in November 2015 and Full Release in October 2017.

I have that icon but never bother using it because it's very unappealing to look at since the design is worse than the default avatar you get when you first play the game.

I know why they have it, I just want to know how many there are because there is a sudden influx on B icons. I could take a guess that since I started just in time to catch the first round of winter colors and my member number is slightly over 1mil that means there are about 1mil B's and A's combined but I've only ever seen 1A I can't just wildly split that 1mil guesstamate. that 1mil might even be way off, there could have been only 500k I don't know, which is why I asked the question I did.
