Can't refund legends

It's been more than 90 days.
Or how can i say it? I wasn't able to refund a legend since the last summer.
Anyone know why?

1. Why would you refund gold purchases?!

2. Did you make sure you aren't out of refunds? You only get three, then that's it, no other refunds forever.

Purchases are refundable up to 90 days, not after 90 days have passed.

Yes, unfortunately. If you can read "you are out of refunds" in the top right corner of the store when you go to refund, then it means you are out of the three refunds.

You can confirm that for sure if you don't have any of the refund buttons appear under your purchases.

Not that you get another refund in 90 days.
Read more carefully.

And yes, everyone only has 3 of them.
And any spent one is permament.
You are not able to get any more of them.
No purchase, no waiting, nothing.

Refunds are there should you accidentally buy a wrong legend. It is not there for you buy and refund legends as and when you like. Just save up for the legend, its not even that hard. 10k gold in 4 days is really not that hard to grind tbh.

Anyways. You have 3 refunds and only 3 refunds. Have a good day

Refunds are there should you accidentally buy a wrong legend.

They are not supposed to be used on legends at all.
That is a horribly wrong statement.
The golden rule is; refunding ANYTHING that was aquired by Gold purchase is a stupid as fuck idea.

And i find it vile of BMG that they let people do exactly that.

First people exhaust their refund possibilities on Gold purchases, and then when the time comes they would rather refund a Mammoth Coin purchase, they can't, and have to throw more money at them instead of being able to refund for what they actually want.

As I’ve said, refunds are there should you accidentally buy item A instead of item B. End of story. If you abused the refund system to try out legends or whatever nonsense, that’s your problem

The three refunds only system is terrible and they should change it at least for the loyal players / buyers, if not for anyone else. I mean, it's bad enough they charge 6$ per /normal/ skin, at least let the ones that bought them refund them should they change their mind or have second thoughts. They would not even be losing anything, the money would not be taken out of their wallet, you would just get the Mammoth Coins you paid for back to spend on something else.

They didn't even make the effort to remove the ability to waste the three refunds on Gold purchases, no, they left that in, just like Fish said, so that in case you actually buy something with real money and changed your mind and want the coins back, you can't get them back because surprise!: you already spent them on Gold so your only option is to spend more money. And does BMG tell you that? Of course not.
