Is the game almost the same as Super Smash Bros?
The reason why I am asking is becaue I am planning to buy Super Smash Bros but I dont really like Brawlhalla, so that means I won't like SSB ? Or that one is different?

Thanks

SSBU is a LOT different from Brawlhalla. It takes a lot more rigorous effort to learn, but has the most reward. It’s much cleaner, sleeker in design, and has plenty more content. Each character is individually different in all aspects and have more flavor than Brawlhalla. Weapon restrictions don’t exist and the combo game is much more difficult. I’d say Brawhalla is just a watered down Smash in terms of difficulty. I’ve played SSBU since christmas and Brawlhalla since Season 1, and the pacing is quite different and it’s a much higher skill cap overall. Idrk. You’d have to buy it yourself but it is a much better environment with friends, though quickplay is just as toxic and annoying as Brawlhalla ranked. In early GSP (Global Smash Power) or something, say 100,000 - 2,500,000, you’ll encounter cheesey rulesets where it’s 2 stocks and 3 minutes with items on and a bollocks character, or it’s just a bollocks character. Though everything has counterplay, it’s hard to deal with when you’re super new to the game. It’ll feel like you can’t do anything about it until you truly learn how to master movement and manipulation, while with Brawhalla you have your spammers (which doesn’t really exist in Smash besides the Belmonts) since Smash has a decay feature in which the same spammed attacks have lessened power. (Idek if it exists in Brawl) but yeah. This was written at 3:23 AM and im tired as ♥♥♥♥ but try it. SSBU was the best “switch” of my fighting game’s career. :p

yes but there's PK FIRE PK FIRE PK FIRE PK FIRE PK FIRE PK FIRE PK FIRE
I think that's annoying spam, not this Brawlhalla spam. Other than that, I prefer SSBU.

Although the platform fighter concept is the same, brawlhalla has a weapons system which makes light attack strings able to be converted over to other characters, smash is more unique in the way you can utilise light attacks
