Changing Individual PS4 Controller Controls????

Me and my brother are trying to play local with ps4 controllers but he like to jump with x and I like to jump with the stick.

He says he keeps accidentally pressing up on the stick so we try to change the controls but it changes the controls for both controllers.

Is there a way to change the controls for individual controllers?
