I lost some of the characters I bought like a week ago!
Greetings, ppl, some of the characters I bought magically dissappear, I contacted the company that makes Brawhalla via Twitter, Email and still no response. Have any of you have the same problem? It can be fixed without their suppport? Its seems like I am a minority so the problem gets ignored. I kinda worries me because some ppl might have the bought chars with real money or even the pack and probably they have not received any help. I have bought skin and poses with money, I will be really pissed if those too dissapear in the future.

Are you sure the characters weren't simply in the free roatations?
Every week 6 Legends are avaible to play for free for anyone, but to keep them unlocked forever you have to buy them with Gold in the Mallhalla (the game's shop), maybe you thought you bought them but didn't and now you're wondering why they didn't stay?

However if you did buy them and they magically vanished then a bug must be causing it, try checking the Legends you have and the ones you bought in Mallhalla to see if the issue is caused by the weekly Legend rotation or by something else.

Yeah, I bought them. I even got a skin for one the characters that dissapeared, Regnir I think is the name, the reptile, I even got a screenshot of him in my profile with the skin. There were not on the rotation, I used some of them every day to level up.

I cheked it, the things I bought does not appear, again, if like I have never bought them. I rememer having the Ogre when he 1st came out, new charactere does not appear in rotation. They must have a system that they an check that I used a char when he/she was no in rotation. I realy hope this have not happened to someone that spended 20 dollars in their packag, tha wil be a bit low as a company.

Brawlhalla has a support page[www.brawlhalla.com]. On there you'll find a few options, including a direct email address for support if you want to use that.

Quick question, did you buy and subsequently refund a DLC pack for the game? In relation, what is your mammoth coin count at? I've heard issues where refunding that results in a negative coin count prevents access to purchased content until the coin balance is brought back up to a positive number again.

Yes I email them like a week ago, I never refunded something from them, I think they only give you 3 chances, still got them all. I spended all my Blue coins I think, so i dont think i have any.

Not the ingame refunds. I mean refunding externally like via Steam or your payment provider.

Oh, I think that is only if you buy some of the DLC. Thestuff I bought was in the same store.
