There was never a screw up and there was never any crying.
The words are becoming quick to point out with out any logical thinking on behalf of the people posts.
I've said it before. I'll say it again.
"They. Don't Care."
If Brawlhalla gave their points of >understanding< they would've slammed a Ban-Hammer long ago, set a major restriction in terms of wording filters and violation names, pushed that pen deep, deep, deep, into the signature box of Policy and kept a few people just too seek out these particular issues and BOOM knock them out.
All. In the name. Of "Respect"
But no one cares or wants to attempt. Instead we just want to read a bunch of text on the computer or your cellphone, ipad, mobile device, etc... and just simply say. "Quit crying."
Cause in the end, everyone seems to be able to know that someone's text is expression emotion. It's. Just. Test.
Maybe too me, to others it is different.
welcome to Brawlhalla. Trust me. They never cared. If they did. They should've shown it by than. (but they rather push their game to PS4 than work out THAT area of humanity.)
Also I left a typo cause people have more fun fixing others mistakes just cause we want the world to burn. I guess.
It's a Administrator and developer issue.
No floodgate or anything to simply give a strict understanding will just allow corrision to consist.
@Dr ivo, Sometimes clarifying, and making answers concise can help make a point more clear.
If they don't understand try rewording your arguement.
I got a guy calling me >fu cking autistic<
and you want me to make a rewording of an arguement for >That One Guy<
....So call everyone the N word cause its ok?
So call people the N word, cause they are supposed to be nice to me then for it. Got it.
I honestly can't tell man. I have a huge sense of humor, but I'm unable to communicate like... text vs emotion.
Which makes it pain in the ass for me to read books cause a lot of its emotional impact I just can't tell.
I uh. am So fawkin sorry LOL.
However, asking someone to be banned for having "hitler is my waifu" feels, to me, like an extreme case of what people would call "thin skin".
It's pretty clearly 2nd degree. Hitler is such a meme at this point I don't think anyone in the world even takes him seriously anymore.
In short, the problem I have is : someone somewhere will always be offended. And you have nothing objective to prove or disprove someone being offended.
I mean, I can claim Mail me to the Moon offends me, because everytime I read "mail" I remember the mailman didn't arrive in time for christmas.
I can claim Robotnik offends me, because he killed me back in Sonic 2.
I can claim conr offends me, because capital letters are awesome.
Giving banning or censoring power to people on the basis they are offended seems to me like a ticket to a hellhole.
For reference, I think the only example on this thread I would maybe kinda sorta consider toxic would be the "GODHATESGAY", because I see way more interpretation on the side of religious zeal or baiting than 2nd degree. But it's also true, so I hardly see myself banning someone for stating the obvious.
"assssssss" is not offensive to me in any way, shape or form, it's vulgar, but it has nothing offensive or inflammatory, let alone abusive.
"Hitler is my waifu" seems very clearly 2nd degree.
I feel there should be a -Clear- understanding though.
I mean if you want to say the triple K clan as a clan name. Should be a major obvious.
