WHY FRIENDLY FIRE IN RANKED 2V2!!!!

Friendly fire is not something that should be in 2v2 at all, let alone ranked!!! I was playing with my friend and I knocked him out once, which made us lose the battle, and made our rank go down. ITS SO FRUSTRATING!!!!

Before you get angry at me, this is always how ranked 2v2s was and regardless. Be careful. Your teammate takes less damage and knockback but it means you should think about your moves carefully.

Why is this NOT a thing in casual 2v2... damn it maybe I just want to play the same rules against other people in a less competitive mind-set enviroment. No either rank or nothing you know?

I feel like it was turned off in casual to discourage trolling.

customs are okay, you can add team damage but no one seems to play custom team games anymore
