Screen freezing

My screen will freeze 3-5 times a match for up to 6 seconds each. I was running this game fine a few weeks ago but now i can barely play because of this issue. I have tryed re installing the game but this did not help. Here is a video of the issue that i am having https://youtu.be/_GkUdFU-SbE . i have not seen any fix for this issue but for a few years, this has been an issue for some players. Any help would be great!

I don't know if you fixed the issue yet, but if you haven't, here is what I would try.

1. Uninstall and reinstall Brawlhalla.
2. When it's done downloading, right click it, and go to properties.
3. Open Set Launch Options.
4. Put this into the console: -high -dxlevel 81

I've had a very similar problem for years, it wasn't the same one, but this fixed it. Hope this helps.

Had this issue for a long time and fixed it by doing this for Brawlhalla:

Also try to change Brawlhalla's priority in the task manager and clear your temp folder

Try updating your graphic card, it's been working for me so far.

For Nvidia Users Only

Go into Nvidia Control Panel > Manage 3D Settings > Program Settings > Select Brawlhalla.exe > Scroll down to power management and select “Prefer Maximum Performance.”
