Leaderboard bug ?

Just wondering if the global leaderboards are functioning as they should ? Seems very weird to me at times. I have a lower shot score and a higher trick rating on some courses but I appear to be ranked below ppl who have worse scores in both areas ? Can't be correct surely ?...

Capped 60FPS?

Is the FPS in this game capped at 60 or is there a way to unlock it? I have tried changing FrameRateLimit in the GameUserSettings.ini file but it does nothing.

Where are the Halloween levels?

I played and unlocked the Amateur levels with a gold trophy. However, I didn't see that any of the courses were Halloween related. Neither was the course I played to unlock the trophy. So what do I have to do to get to those levels?
