I was just wondering, did you manage to make contact with the devs?

no, I have not made contact with the devs. I would like to take over the project since the game seemingly has been abandoned as the devs have no time to continue it. I wont pay to obtain rights because i dont have the money to do so, and it will be an uphill battle with the bad reviews of the game. my idea was to take the game off the market because i think the current state is not acceptable for steam. Im a new dev so i am inexperienced, so i cannot make any promises. My plan was to take the current assets and ill update the game for the players that do have it and if they find the game is better and deemed playable, i will release the game again in hopes to continue development of assets of the game. This was the plan but i can only do so if i get the rights and assets of the game.

Well, we appreciate your enthusiasm Deceiver101 . . .

And, no, of course we're not just going to hand over the game that we've spent years of our lives working very hard on.

That said, if you really do have some dev chops, and you want to contribute to the game and help us finish it - shoot us a line at online@jumpcore.com, and include some samples of your work. We're not averse to the idea of adding new talent to the team! :-)

with all due respect, you have left the community and seemingly abandoned the game for 4 months with little or no communication with the community. i offered the hand over as i thought you had abandoned it. it is understanable to take long time to work on an update, but to leave a community in the dark is unacceptable

Well said , but your being too nice, they suddenly reappear and anyone moaning about them is called a hater, i cba with this setup, they give early access a bad name , most early access produce at least some update monthly or more , and at the very least keep regular communications

Reading their "comeback" posts they are one smarmy bunch.
No respect here for them.

The amount of negative reviews speaks loads.

honestly taking a long time for an update such an engine change is not so bad. the lack of communication is horrible and gives EA bad names and makes indie devs look bad

Yes the time for the work , but everyone really on these forums thought they had just done a runner, i only look back here when im bored (seeing as they had my good money), i have lost interest in this game with the conduct of the devs.

I for one am not cheering "oo the devs are back", they made everyone think they had disappeared (no major updates in a year really) and now try to make everyone who wasnt happy with this fact out to be a bad hater.

Bad devs morelike.
If all early access attempts were as lame as this i wouldnt bother with early access, as ive said in other threads on here, most devs give regular comms and at least regular updates even if small ones.

To the devs:- read the 79 negative reviews, most of them because of bad dev input, enough said.

Bruh give him the game you get 10 percent of the earning. Boom you get to continue being lazy and we get content

I agree with Deciever here. Any extra content would do this game wonders at the moment.

Even monthly Dev messages would be good enough, they barely even do that.
I wonder why Valve still let this "title" with a price tag and a store page, this is clearly abandonware.

No, it's not.

Well if you don't want it be known as abandonware, maybe you should update the game?
Maybe if you self intitled children who all think you are devs and clearly have no clue would shut up and stop trolling because things dont work on your own time line they could finish. When you are a small compay it can take months to get a small thing done. Yet some of your trolls think its a simple matter. And before you people start with the well this game did this and this game did that. Think of this most games who have a quick dev cycle were released else where years before they come to steam Or they use content be it graphics or code that is pretty much canned and bought commenly any where. So sit back and relax your not paying a monthly fee for what you got its paid for and when done its yours let them work and dont complain because they dont have some public relations fellow spamming useless and pointless infor every day.
