Everytime I load the game, then push play from within the main menu, the game cashes, and asks me to send a report, then fails! Has anyone had this problem, and what is the fix?

Hi, i really like the game - but i´m a little frustrated with the damage my heroes are causing. Is there a battle log/report where i can read how the damage is caused or reduced ? Based on my feeling an the values of the skills/spells, the heroes should cause a lot more damage. Firebold 4 = 27 - 64 Damage - most time he hit for around 20 Damage. Ferociy 1 = Give +32 Dmg (on Top i think?) He has Dual wielding blades for 46 - 112 Damage (+6 Fire, +10 Ice, +22 Lightning Dmg) I had fight the Outlader hit...

Just reinstalled the game after not playing for several years. When trying to launch the game from Steam, it says it is launching for a few seconds and then closes with nothing happened. I'm running on a Mac with Big Sur, my system meets all the requirements to be able to run. Anyone else seen this?...
