"Activate product code" button on Twitch Drop site stays grayed out

Anyone else having issues getting a product code from the Rebirth Twitch Drop site? Was able to claim it on Twitch, but it just says "Connect," though. Even after contacting Twitch Support, I'm not sure what "game developer" account I'm supposed to connect my Twitch to. Steam? It's already connected to Steam (based on my Twitch Connections page). Are we supposed to connect it to our Square Enix Members account?

I've reached out to Twitch Support and Square Enix Support, but they both keep saying to reach out to the other platform for help or that my account isn't connected to the right game developer account (but can't tell me what account I need to connect to) even though I was able to successfully claim the Drop on Twitch. I've tried disconnecting and reconnecting my Square Enix Members account, Twitch account, and Steam account to no avail.

So far, no matter what I try, the "Activate product code" button on the Rebirth Twitch Drop site remains grayed out and un-clickable.

try logging in again on that page

tried it on diff browsers, and then relogged in, no dice

same, twitch inventory page shows I claimed it but there's no code section, only says it's connected to my game account. No indication in-game or anything else.

Question :

Did you connect your Steam account and Twitch account?

After viewing the Twitch channel that streams FF VII Rebirth you need to look out for those channels that are drops enabled

2. Stay in the channel for at least 30 minutes, and then wait another 10 minutes before you can claim.

As long as you linked your Twitch and Steam account under Connect, you should get the items. Or if you have to link the Square Enix members account, do that as well.

All rewards earned require claiming.

There is a red button "Participate". Click on it.

If you successfully claimed the reward, it should be shown in your inventory on Twitch. Example here :

The code is accessed on the site you synched Twitch with.
