Not detecting graphic card
I have an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 Ti, I connected the game to it via NVIDIA Control Panel, but if I go in options it seems like the game is detecting only my Intel(R) UHD Graphic.
Anybody else having the same issue?
Do you know how to fix it?

Type 'Graphic Settings' in Windows search bar.
Select Desktop app > Browse
Locate the Rebirth executable
Click options and set GPU preference to: High Performance (RTX 3080 Ti)

If the ff7rebirth.exe doesn't work, try ff7rebirth_.exe (Binaries/Win64)

I have a similar video card. It doesn't show it in the settings, but when running I can get near 60 FPS. I adjusted some settings to improve performance. So I think it is just a bug in the menu and it is actually using the NVIDIA card.

Your HDMI is plugged into the motherboard and not your GPU
Nope. Tried that but still nothing.
I appreciate your help tho.
Nothing. I tried to start and I can play it, but it's not picking it up for some reason...

So just for the sake of it: I've run the game checking the performance in the task manager and it seems it's leaning on the NVIDIA graphic card even tho that's not seen in the graphic options... so might it be just a bug?

The game is running on your dedicated gpu. It's just showing the gpu that your display uses when idle or not doing graphics-heavy tasks. That's what happened to me. I plugged it into my TV as well then it showed my TV on the game's in-game settings. They shouldn't have put that in the graphics settings in the first place since it doesn't allow you to change it anyway.
Oh that's very interesting Raffy: quite counter intuitive!
Thank you very much for sharing.
yeah i have the same problem here, i have rtx 4060 and it's keep running the Intel UHD GPU,

No it does not lmao. It IS running on your dedicated GPU. It's just showing you the default gpu for your display, the one not used for your gaming, but it IS running on your 4060. If you are in confusion because of something like this, just stop being stupid, be smart, and check the numbers. You'll see your dedicated gpu is doing its job. You may have further convinced yourself that it is running on your integrated gpu because the performance is bad. Nope. A 4060 just sucks ass.

Did you plug your monitor cable into your motherboard or your GPU?

Youre right, but how can i change the Resolution ? In settings they show me only Intel UHD graphic and the Resolution is fixed at Full HD 1920, i dont have the opinion to change lt, and my 4090 Laptop gpu has a 4K screen Resolution…. So you have any idea maybe how i can change the Resolution up to 2 or 4K ? Thanks

Maybe a new nvdia game ready driver will solve it, Last One is from early december and so ff7 is still not included, today Release Spider Man 2 , also this game is a Support Candidate, normally NVIDIA releases gr drivers in a monthly cyklus….. its time for FF7 and Spider Man 2 i think.
