The only thing i have noticed was some minor stutter in the starting cinematic. Else, everything is extra smooth and im also using a 4070ti super. But im using 34GB total ram , i believe alot of people are maxing out their small RAM pool. This will always cause stuttering. After trying different things i was able to unlock the 1080p to 1440p and its the same. I cannot max my GPU % using the maximal settings.
It's running well for YOU, because you are LUCKY, capiche? Others may not be so lucky, even though their hardware is strong enough, because SPECIFIC INCOMPATIBILITIES exist.
Okay?
I am running on a 7900XTX and a 5800X3D with 64 Gigs of RAM. Even if lower the minimum dynamic resolution scaling to 33% the game stutters. It is not seem to relate to shader compilation but maybe traversal stutter as it loads new NPCs to the scene.
Just because you can't perceive it or see "120FPS" on a an FPS counter it doesn't mean you are correct. Some people are more perceptive of Judder in videos or banding in colors on displays than others.
The game has bad 1% frames and that is a fact. If you can't perceive it, that is nice on you.
It's like people saying coriander tastes like soap. It is genetically encoded, you are born with that specific perception of it. The same here. Some people are more perceptive of visual anomalies.
Not to be rude, but you know this argument works both ways, right? Just because it's working poorly for some, it's working fine for others.
See?
No matter who posts if it is or isn't working for them, others will post the opposite. Complaining about people doing this is just a waste of energy
Some people are just less sensitive to stuttering, I had a friend, who literally couldn't see screen tearing until I pointed it out and now he hates me....
if that is 4070 super then that is bad
The micro stutters are annoying as usual. Idk why square is so bad at porting their games.
14900k
4090
64GB ram
Yeah I’m using 120 @4K and it’s annoying. I haven’t tried 60 yet.
this sounds like what happen with FFXVI with how capped 30 FPS cutscenes when It Transition from the 120 FPS gameplay to cutscenes
I'll try later tonight on my 5800X3D with a RTX 4070 but I would be shocked if the performance of it wasn't able to do the same settings without hitting the 90 FPS performance mark.
in the cut scenes the game use way less GPU usage, but in the game itself my GPU usage is at max, CPU usage is at like 30-40% and yea the game run very good and the graphic is a better then in FF7 Remake, i noticed it at the first time i opened the game, i replayed FF7 Remake on the PC like one week ago.
